I would like to welcome you to Mancor Industries. We hope we can impart an idea of what we do, how we do it, where we are going and how we are getting there..

What makes Mancor different are the values and culture that exist because of the integrity and strong beliefs of its past and present owners. It started with the company founders in 1963, who built a strong customer focused foundation that was based on being flexible, responsive and doing whatever was necessary to service a single customer. The focus has since evolved through the application of a unique management system, the use of lean manufacturing principles and the application of best practices, to support the vision of becoming a “truly great supplier” to a diversified base of valued customers.

It has been my pleasure to be a partner and CEO since 1997. Prior to that, I was President & CEO of Champion Road Machinery Inc., now owned by Volvo, which designed and provided road building equipment to over 95 countries around the world. Prior to that, I held positions as VP Engineering, Materials Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Timberjack Inc., now owned by John Deere. My point is that I have spent most of my career as a customer of suppliers like Mancor and therefore have some pretty strong views on what makes a “truly great supplier”. Our goal at Mancor is to create the supplier that I always wished I had.
